The SQB-2A is a fully automatic cotton swabs packaging machine for square or rectangular boxes and is designed to be joined with our cotton swabs CB-1 series. The machine has a control sensor to verify the boxes presence, the machine then pulls two boxes per cycle automatically to the feeding unit. Once the box is filled, the box proceeds to the cover deposit station to close both boxes. This machine covers a wide range of boxes, and it assures a high-quality finished product.
The boxes typically contain between 100 to 300 swabs and can be customized upon request.
