RB-30A is a fully automatic cotton swabs packaging machine for round boxes and is designed to be joined with our cotton swabs CB-1 series.
The machine has automated units for dispensing boxes, lids and for closing the lids. The machine has a moving pliers unit to take and place cotton buds in tins. This guarantees gentle product handling, while simultaneously delivering a high-quality finished product. The round boxes typically contain between 50 to 300 swabs and can be customized upon request.
