FALU SV-2X is a fully automatic cardboard box packaging machine designed to be joined with our cotton swab machine CB1 series. The machine unstacks pre-glued flat carton boxes and constructs them to be filled with a preselected number of swabs. After the cardboard box is filled the flaps of the box will be closed and glued automatically.
This machine can accommodate any type of customization or design requests. A typical box holds between 100-400 cotton swabs, higher amounts are also possible upon request. This is a next generation package with the potential to replace blister packages with a more environmentally friendly solution.
